Training resumes, stars return for K.C.
Fifteen minutes later, four teams of six players each were formed for a small-sided 6-v-6 mini-tournament. Each team played the other three in eight-minute games followed by the finals. The orange team made up of Eric Kronberg, Ryan McMahen, Ryan Pore, Aaron Hohlbein, A.J. Godbolt and Willy Guadarrama was the eventual winner.
The Wizards finished by running around two fields for 20 minutes followed by stretching and a cool down period.
Defender Jimmy Conrad and forwards Eddie Johnson and Scott Sealy arrived Tuesday and participated in their first practice with the team in 2007.
QUOTES:
"It is nice to be back with the team and even nicer to see everyone is good spirits here at camp. Coach Onalfo always preaches the team aspect and how important it is to come together as one unit."

FROM A PLAYER'S PERSPECTIVE: Sasha Victorine
On missing Valentine's Day:
"Because we are in Florida away from our wives and girlfriends on Valentine's Day, we have to work extra hard to make sure what we do is special. My wife and I celebrated Valentine's Day last week before I left, and I found a card today that she had smuggled in my bag to find when I got here. I sent her a card and Kevin (Hartman) sent his wife a card and flowers from Florida as well. Kerry (Zavagnin) also bought his girlfriend a gift and had it shipped home. Being on the road makes it more difficult to celebrate Valentine's Day, but we all are trying to make it special anyway."
On the roommates:
"I'm rooming with Kerry and Kevin in a two bedroom apartment. At first, we were going to give Kevin first pick of the rooms since he is the oldest, but then we noticed the single bedroom didn't have a TV -- so Kevin was definitely forced to the single room. The one thing I have noticed about my roommates is that every day, Kerry wakes up with more injuries than the day before."
On cooking:
"My mom cooked a great spaghetti dinner when I was growing up, so I made it for dinner the other night. Kerry helped me cook and I must say we played the husband and wife team quite well -- but Kerry would be the wife, for sure."
