PERSONAL:

Got engaged to fiancée Calea in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in November 2008. She is a P.E./Health teacher and enjoys coaching soccer. Souter has a younger brother named Craig, and in his free time Souter enjoys watching Lost, The Office, and playing Wii. He also wants to learn how to play the guitar and use Rosetta Stone to learn Spanish to better communicate with some of his teammates. Souter has never seen the Loch Ness Monster, he does not play the bagpipes, but he does own a kilt and he enjoys one of Scotland's fine delicacies: Haggis. Someday he would like to travel the world and run marathons with Calea. He has also played under the instruction of Aberdeen hero Drew Jarvie and former Scotland International player Duncan Shearer.
